Information & Consultation of Employee Regulations

Introduction

The Regulations aim to create a transparent working environment in which staff have access to information about the employer’s activities and financial situation and about changes that may affect their employment. The details are complex but, if implemented properly, the regulations should help employers rather than hinder them. Unfortunately, if you get it wrong, the penalties can be up to £75,000 for every complaint made.

To help you get ready for the change and stay on the right side of the law, Picasso HR and Stratton Public Relations are organising a seminar in conjunction with the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce. A range of speakers will be on hand to help you get to grips with what’s involved and answer your questions.
