  • Different styles in managing conflict. Do you avoid conflict, or tackle it head on? In this session you will have the opportunity to analyse your own style and preferences when it comes to dealing with conflict situations
  • Conflict management strategies. If a conflict arises at work, what do you do for the best? Here we will consider the actions managers can take in different types of conflict situations
