The success of an organisation can hinge on the ability of the senior management to work as an effective team. At the same time the potential for conflict is high. This workshop is designed for senior teams working together to lead an organisation.

Objective

The workshop is designed to enable participants to be able to:

Define their own personal style and develop an understanding of differing styles Recognise the strengths and weaknesses of different styles Develop strategies using strengths in the team to improve performance Manage conflict areas constructively Jointly devise strategies for increasing team effectiveness
