Introduction

Most managers would agree that creativity is essential in an organisation, in fact survival might depend on it. How to encourage it and use it are more difficult to define. This workshop is designed to help people to understand their own creative style and how they can apply their creativity to their work, and how to use creative problem solving techniques.

Objective

The workshop is designed to enable participants to be able to:

Explains the personal approaches and attitude that accompany creativity
Identify their own creative style and complementary styles of others
Adapt their creative thinking style to meet specific requirement
Use a range of creative techniques to solve real work problems

Audience

Anyone who works with other people and needs to manage and solve a range a different types of problems.
